How long will my order take to be processed and shipped? TOP Our turnaround time for packing and shipping is usually 24-72 hours
after you place your order(not including weekends or holidays).
Holidays are the busiest time of year for us- during those times, our
Welcome page will have the order processing time updated almost daily.
We will also send you a tracking number via email(if applicable) so
that you may track your order on the web. Why isn't shipping included with my order? TOP We don't want to overchange you for shipping (we hate that!)! After your order is placed, we will pack and weigh it and then we will send you a PayPal invoice for the shipping price. Your order will not ship until your shipping payment is received and cleared. Please use the contact form at the top right hand of this page for further questions about shipping. I want my order to go out today! Can I apply a RUSH to my order? TOP We can apply an "in house" rush order at your request. All rush
orders will be charged an additional $5.00. We will send any rush
orders out the same day (if order is placed before 12:00 noon EST) .
Please leave Rush my Order in the comments box when you checkout.A rush
order is not always necessary! Most of our orders do go out the same
day, but holidays usually do require more time to process orders. We
recommend ordering in advance before the holiday rush sothat your order
arrives on time. What happens if I need to cancel my order? TOP Cancelled/unaccepted orders will be charged a 20% restocking fee. If
you need to cancel your order, please do so within 8 hours ofordering to avoid our fee. What shipping carriers do you use? TOP
You may choose USPS or UPS or Show Pickup for your order.

What forms of payment do you accept? TOP We accept all forms of PayPal payments, Personal Checks & Money
Orders. Checks and Money Order payments must be received in
7 working days (M-F) from the day you place your order. We
reserve the right to cancel any orders not paid after 7 days. We will
ship your order once your check clears our bank(7-10 working/business
days). Do you accept returns? TOP We do not accept returns due to the nature of our products. We
apologize for this inconvience. However, if your order is damaged,
broken or you have recieved the wrong item(s), please email us to
approve/arrange replacement(s) for your order. Please do not send any
products back to us without first being advised by our order
department. However we do offer sample and trial sizes so that you may
"test" our products before buying larger sizes. What are your hours? TOP
Our hours of operation are Tuesday through Friday 10:00 am.-3:00 pm. (We will not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays.)
During the Summer months(June through August), our days change from Tuesdays though Thursdays and a few hours on Friday 9:00 am.-12:00 noon. . (We will not process orders Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays.)
